Mcdonald's - Tampa

We placed a mobile order. We were picking up thru drive thru. We got to pick up window and they tell us they have no coke. We ask if they have frozen coke Instead. The guy was rude and told us we do but it cost more. So we just asked for a refund andwent to 7-11. The cokes at McDonald's were 1.79 at 7-11 they were .79. If McDonald's was out they should have blocked it ontheir app, told us when we got to drive through, told us when we picked up receipt, or they could have at least apologized atthe pick up window and offered a substitution. They failed miserably.

I went around 9 pm it wasn't busy indoors nor out. I went in there was only one other customer with a very short order. I received my food fast. Made the mistake of not feeling my food until I got in the car. I received less than luke warm food. 10pc nuggets hard mcdoubble bundle cold cheese cold fries cold

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The staff are incredibly rude and unpleasant. They shout at customers, and the only reason I continue to go to this location is because it's on my way to work. I asked for fresh fries, but when they handed me my order, the fries were not fresh at all. This has happened to me three times now, so I've started checking my fries before leaving. After waiting 4-5 minutes, I finally left, only to realize that they had given me the same old fries again. They have inconsistent hours, staying open late on some nights but closing at 10 PM on others. I really don't like this McDonald's. They either need new management or should shut down completely.

I went through the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes without any movement, so we decided to try ordering inside instead. Once we got inside, we realized why nothing was progressing: half of the staff were just standing at the front, chatting. We approached the register and waited for another 5 minutes, and not a single person acknowledged our presence. We were the only customers inside, yet no one bothered to take our order. This was incredibly frustrating and indicative of terrible service. I will never return here again, as the staff seemed indifferent to the customers. This has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's.

I love seeing Arnita's warm smile as I drive up, and I genuinely hope she receives all the blessings she deserves for her friendliness towards strangers. I give her five stars, and I look forward to my breakfast at this location every morning!
