Bidra med feedbackOh dear, what a dreadful experience. I would not recommend staying here, especially for over $300 per night. The room was not clean, there were no hand towels, and the cutlery was dirty. When we complained, we were ignored and not given any refund. The service was extremely disappointing.
This restaurant is a wonderful spot for a fancy night out in a beautiful setting.
I cannot thank hampton estate wines enough to make our high-time day nothing short of amazing. the venue is perfect in every sight. brooke, karen, daisy, eden and pete were kind, care, professional and courteous. Many thanks that they helped us a day to remember for a life.
We booked a two-day stay from the New Year's Day. Yeah, it was a okay stay. Yes, it was a weekend. no one but a purer to see in the future. She still cleaned our room when we arrived on time. the place looked devastated. we went to the ground for mins before getting access to our holiday home. we get this was a holiday time and at a point the restaurant was opened, but in an email to us before the arrival we were told that it was closed. the so-called kitchenette was completely useless, as it had no rinse, and to rinse glasses and teller, we had to use the bathroom pool. there was no sharp knife to cut anything unless they count the cheese knife. no proper tools to bbq with except a small couple tangs. no sugar, salt, pfeffer or even paprika. we thought we were ready to provide ourselves, but that was nothing but trying to cook in a motel room. with a toaster and crippled and microshaft. we had a wonderful view of the laundry when we were stacked with dirty linen in the door. we also overlook the most unattractive bbq area for guests. Even an air bnb offers more than these huts offer. zero service . not even a welcome note. we felt completely invisible and not welcome. if you want to book the whole place for your high time, I am sure that they are made more than welcome, but if they are looking for only a special place to get away, choose them somewhere else.
I am personally mixed here. I feel like this place is great for high times and meetings, but this place falls in normal walk. When I went here with a group of friends, I only saw kitchen staff, but there was a question how the guests sit for lunch and waiter, most of which are just standing there and immersed on glasses with water. this led to every cursor being away from each other. this is obviously at least an unacceptable waiting time and the escape should take minutes. the aracini was a great highlight of the course, but the salmon dish I had was dry and the brownie was not exactly the feeling that it cost the amount that it was in a wedding situation, I would see that this worked as the dishes were kreatiw and would have greater control in how they made their food, as they had time to prepare themselves and cook properly.
