Dunkin' - Tamarac

I received my drink, which was darker than usual, but the pleasant scent of French vanilla made me happy about it. Unfortunately, when I finally looked at my sandwich at work, I realized it was bacon instead of ham. I know they come from the same animal, but they have different flavors, and I’m not a fan of bacon, especially on a sandwich. Overall, I was disappointed with the service today and would rather take an extra 15 minutes to find a better place than return to a restaurant where customer service is clearly lacking. They really need to train their staff on how to treat customers properly!

I have to say for a small Dunkin donuts I had some of the worst service I've ever had and the many years have gone feed lots of Dunkin donuts that did not get my order right the service was really slow it was very disappointing all around for the 1st time I have to tell you the most disappointing experiences ever had I hope somebody in management reads this and understands you guys can do a lot better I don't know what the mistakes or what was going on in that store but you have to fix it the sooner the better

Get down! Almost 30 minutes wait for 3 cars on the ride thru at 3 p.m. Got the command wrong and had to send it back and then it was still wrong! You have nothing of the taste I asked, and the coffee tasted water. Wouldn't anyone recommend this dunkin? Donut's location.

Currently in line, waited 20 min to place order and now wait to get order. Finally until picking up the order... 5 minutes later. I should have read the reviews first. Have seen several cars leaving the line. Definitely will not come back to this.

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!! No service long wait when store is empty!!! I think Owner don?t care about his business just keep hiring the worst people Don?t go there not worth wasting your time
