Bidra med feedbackUsually you come here every morning at 630-7am Monday-Friday and get an average ice cream coffee, French vanilla with cream and sugar and a ham and cheese on a croissant. Today, when I ordered my food, I was met with a very rude employee over the microphone. The same gentleman on the window was rude throughout the transaction. I got my drink that was darker when I usually get it, but I didn't mind that I could smell the French vanilla so I was happy! When I got my sandwich, I didn't think to look at it until I had to work, and I noticed it was bacon and not ham. Yeah, I know they're coming from the same animal, but they don't taste the same and I don't like a bacon much, nor do I like it on a sandwich. I'm not happy about today's service and will take the additional 15 minutes to go and go through my job, instead of going to this facility where customer service obviously lacks! This place must educate their employees on good customer service!
Get down! Almost 30 minutes wait for 3 cars on the ride thru at 3 p.m. Got the command wrong and had to send it back and then it was still wrong! You have nothing of the taste I asked, and the coffee tasted water. Wouldn't anyone recommend this dunkin? Donut's location.
Currently in line, waited 20 min to place order and now wait to get order. Finally until picking up the order... 5 minutes later. I should have read the reviews first. Have seen several cars leaving the line. Definitely will not come back to this.
The worst service I ever had just now. Totally mess up our order. I was told to pull on the side behind the door to correct the order. They forgot we were waiting. Went back around and was told we didn't order what we were waiting for. Showed my receipt and still waiting. The girl name start with a Z she's the one who said she will not re make our order. Been coming to this location for 5 years.
WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!! No service long wait when store is empty!!! I think Owner don?t care about his business just keep hiring the worst people Don?t go there not worth wasting your time
