The good: beautiful restaurant, great service and incredible attention to detail when building the dishes each dish presentation was like a work of art. Also the atmosphere was great The bad: unfortunately the food didn’t hit the mark strong rich flavours with competing flavours on the same plate and balance was missing. presentation was wow, taste was underwhelming. I think they were testing a new menu and it felt like kitchen staff didn’t jell well together there was a lot of arguing in the kitchen between them That’s ok for entertainment value, but when the tastes aren’t great it makes you wonder if the food is failing because of it.

Pretty bad experience. courses take hours and that's after pointing it out. I am pretty sure it didn't take longer only because they were going to close. And yes, fine dining should take several hours but not when it's courses. Staff seem inexperienced, contradict each other and in general useless. No complaints about the food it's on very good level. Except the fact that they don't serve bread, neither in a basket or as a part of one of the courses.

Exceptional place for an exceptional food. Highly recommended!

I’ve visited some of the best restaurants in the world, yet never got such superb service anywhere else. I enjoyed every dish and confirm that one does get a fine dining experience at ℃. I’m surprised that it’s still missing the Michelin star it definitely deserves it.
