Bidra med feedbackNice, modern restaurant. The menu is always a cook tasting. The evening starts with a drink and 4 Amuse Bouche in the lounge/bar area. The chief/owner, Matthias, will come later to talk about the menu. You have the choice of a 4- or 6-course tasting with wine or champagne tasting for an additional fee and a cheese tasting for an additional fee. We chose the 4 course with wine and cheese and it was a lot of food the whole meal lasted for over 4 hours, so you are good to digest between courses. The food was all very tasty and fresh and not dependent on excessive salt or butter, although they advise if a dish (the bass) would be a little rich. However, with the wine pairing, not only do they fit for taste, but also for function, so taking Sips from wine to every bite not only improves the taste of food and wine, but also with the cutting of wealth. The staff was incredibly attentive and they were in line with the guests and each other. A large part of the kitchen is located in the centre of the restaurant so you can watch Matthias and his staff at work. What impressed me was the tranquility in the kitchen. It was meditative to observe. The staff was polite, extremely knowledgeable about the whole food and drink. Our main server, Karolin, seemed really happy to answer all the questions, including some we had to do about things in Tallinn (she went twice to name, address and phone numbers for places she recommended. Overall, this was one of the best overall eating experiences we had. I look forward to following Matthias and 180 degrees and I expect some Michelin stars in his future.
Amazing experience from beginning to end. Nice staff, so friendly, service-oriented and knowledgeable. Eating, ineffective. Absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience. I've traveled over the food, the decor and the staff since I left. All at 180°! They deserve all the accusations they have to give.
That was an amazing experience. You stop asking how perfect everything is for a while and just enjoy by taking all five senses.... Really great staff and cook, all highly professional, but acceptable! Very recommended
Everything you can expect from very high quality restaurant: Food was good, staff was amazing. Maybe but to expensive but it is what it is.
The stars are well-deserved! We have been to 180 degrees three times now. The first time was without any stars, then with one star, and now with two stars. The quality of the experience has definitely improved each time. The six plus courses and five-hour dinner were absolutely fantastic. We have nothing but praise to offer. One suggestion: make sure not to skip the caviar, as it is truly delicious - one of the best we have ever tasted! We are already eagerly anticipating our next visit.
