Starbucks - Tallahassee

I go to Star-Bucks and dunkin more than I want to admit. the young lady who works this morning was particularly friendly and has done an amazing job. I usually stay away from bigger drinks because they don't have the same taste. this morning I needed the pick-up, so I went with the bigger coffee and let me tell them she was incredible! it was like it thought. not many baristas are able to do that!

Or drinks were made wrong due to their label machine being messed up. We took our drinks inside and they remade them right and even upsized us with no questions asked.

Worst customer service ever! The guy only guy staff) was Very rude and should be fired ASAP. If customers are looking and trying to get help and employees are pretending not to hear or see you, there’s a problem. On top of it, the guy had an attitude. We simply asked extra cream and I was accused of yelling but I simply tried to get her attention but the guy was standing and doing absolutely nothing.I won’t be back and sorry for Starbucks.

One of the most efficient Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Had probably 16-20 backed up when I walked in. Woman at the register was pleasant and helpful. Folks making drinks knocked out the line in less than 3-5 minutes. Was really impressive. Great team effort.

This has been a regular stop through off the highway for yearsSo disappointed in the cleanliness of the store. The bathrooms looked like the worst gas station bathroom i have been in. This the second time I have mentioned it to the store manager and haven’t seen any improvementI hope the manager knows the bathrooms reflect on the cleanliness of the rest of your store
