Friendly staff. budgets not too high. good trip I will not visit again, only because dona paula is just too far from the city and all. but it was nice for a time...and was fun! .

This restaurant is a great option for both guests staying at the hotel and those visiting from outside. The beautiful wooden decor and baroque style create a lovely atmosphere, complete with music playing in the background. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. The bar offers a variety of cocktails, although the drinks can be a bit pricey. Overall, I would give this restaurant a 4-star rating, thanks to the great cocktails and the very friendly and helpful staff.

Caitan 'n' Joe Bar is situated in the Sandalwood Hotel and Retreat in the Vainguinim Valley of Dona Paula. The walls are adorned with cartoons depicting the laid-back philosophy of life in Goa. Be sure to ask the waiter or manager about the history behind these cartoons as it is quite fascinating! The food is delicious, the ambiance is lovely, and the drinks are top-notch.

Nice place. good ambiance. Nice Food but less quantity. TRUPTESH the service guy helped to choose some goan dishes. Do try the prawns Biryani.
