Ordering input clearly says no mayo! we are 30 km away, so can not just go back and swap it ranked customer service apparently someone 'soll back to us in two or three days' chips also very sub par.

The owners/managers should be sacked! There were insufficient staff for the demands of the shift. The Easter Monday staff should be given bonus’ for what they had to endure. It was an incident waiting to happen. Customers waiting up to 30 mins to be served. The staff remained calm and apologetic throughout. Well done to the workers. Disgraceful effort on managements part!
The worst dining experience I've ever had. This isn't the fault of the staff on the ground, but rather a result of severe mismanagement. Both the restaurant manager and area manager are extremely incompetent. It seems that nepotism and favoritism are widespread within the Peregrine Corporation.
