Tomar - Taegu

It was a little difficult to find this place, possibly due to the construction around it. And it's in a little alley. But once you find it (see for the sign) this place not disappointed. It is the sweetest little place in a hanok with good selection of wine and beer. Wine comes through glass or bottle and they have a sampler choice for beer and you can choose 4 different from their menu. Tho food is also quite good and decent expensive, ideal for a night with friends or a date night.

I had the Dongpo pork and eggplant tempura, and they were really delicious. I wish the sweet and sour pork had been a bit crispier; that was disappointing. The chili shrimp had a rather thick batter. The truffle pasta was average. Overall, the main dishes definitely tasted good, but aside from the lack of crispiness, they were excellent.

It's a beautiful place. Good craft beer!
