Bidra med feedbackFrankly, when I went inside, a blond boy was behind the counter, then I saw and hid back. I tried to call the load and the young man went back and saw me standing there and went back to the back and didn't answer the phone. there are 30 minutes to be open to them and there is no reason for him to lock the doors when it is in the window and online.
I have never been to a subway that is this nice on the inside. There are what appears to be hardwood floors that are always shiny and clean. The place is very spacious, there is even a area that is separate from the rest, I am thinking that maybe this area is for meetings or parties. This place is very pleasing to the eyes.The staff seems to enjoy and like their jobs. They are always friendly, attentive, and able to answer all of my questions. Another thing I have noticed is they always practice safety measures by always having their mask and gloves on. After they have handled money they always wash their hands and put on fresh gloves. In my observation not all restaurants practice this.Subway has added much to their menu. There is now a variety of melts my favorite is the Baha chicken and bacon melt. Oh it's so good. Another new one is the turkey cali fresh wrap, they really pile on the turkey, bacon, toss in some smashed advocado . You have to check it out for yourself!!!
This is the worst subway I have ever been too, person who said she was the manage was rude, and I mean rude. Once I received my sub I asked for the senior discount she tells me “we don’t do that here. I said that that was strange I was there a week ago and received the discount. She replied then by saying new owner stopped-it. I asked who the new owner was and she replied, “that’s none of your business.Not believing what I heard I asked her what she said and she repeated it, “was none of my business.The senior discount is no big deal, it was her rude behavior and rude responses that I got when I asked about it. I felt as though I was bothering her the whole time she was making the sub. I certainly will not be going back to this subway.
I don't get the complaints.Been here a few times and it is nicer than most locations. Maybe people are thinking of the one down on pac highway near the ho ho hotel. Yes prices have gone up... on everything you buy, have you been under a rock?
Doesn't train new employees before placing them on the line. Apparently they have also never been to a Subway in their entire lives before working there. Menu changed, everything is more expensive and good options are gone. Fat Mexican girl yelled at me that I was rude for walking out when the untrained employee that clearly had never made a sandwich in his life was messing up my order every step of the way and had no idea of basic procedure. What's really rude is expecting customers to pay higher prices for lower quality food. Won't ever be back to this location, or any subway for that matter. Why this company is intentionally losing customers I have no idea, but hopefully someone smarter is put in charge soon.
