I ordered a cheese pizza with pretzel crust, the pizza comes with cheddar cheese sauce. I received a pizza with only cheese, no sauce. Before ordering pizza at 2:13 to pick up at 3 p.m. I have them at 5 and without orders. Didn't even begin to do it until I asked. Now 5:20. I asked what?s the point of pre-order to pick up at a certain time, and all they did was torn their shoulders and said I know the man!

Ordered 45 minutes ago. still waiting for a pizza that they just put in oven.
