Boston Pizza - Taber

Awful. It used to be good but recently has gone way down hill. Food is very slow and mediocre at best; also a heads up to families that kids are no longer allowed in the patio as per new management. We used to be regulars...at BPs but have decided we will spend our money elsewhere.

We went for supper with some friends and the restaurant wasn't very busy. I don't know if our server was pre-occupied with other things or just didn't care about our service. She took our orders when we got there but then we didn't see her after she dropped off the food until we were done eating. She forgot our cutlery and we had to ask another server because we couldn't find ours. We got no drink refills, and she showed up to drop off the bills then vanished again, so we ended at the front counter to pay. The food was typical Boston pizza food. But I will never go back to the Taber location.

I observed the guy manager here is kinda rude. He doesn't know how to handle guest complaints properly. Ever since I'm a regular guest here but service no improvement. I don't know who answer the phone call but the way that they deal to the guest is terrible no closing greetings or apologize at the end they just put down the phone! Wow very impressive! Bravo! I like the food atmosphere however service staff also should train more on service etiquette and be more attentive in guest needs.

I went to the BP in Taber with my daughter, wife and four grandchildren. BP menu was diverse enough to meet all our needs from eating a healthy salad to the "full on" large pepperoni pizza for the teenagers to the bugs and cheese for the youngest in our party. Even on a busy Friday night, the food came out fast and hot. Our server kept our drinks full throughout the meal.

I recently visited Boston Pizza and have been meaning to write a review. We were seated promptly by a friendly hostess, and our waiter came over right away to take our drink orders. He took the time to explain the menu items and was very helpful in assisting us with our choices. He even helped the kids choose their meals, which was appreciated. The food came out quickly, and our waiter checked on us regularly despite being busy with other tables. The team there worked well together, as another server took notice of our need for a refill and promptly brought us more drinks. Overall, the food was delicious, our waiter was friendly, and the service was excellent. If you happen to have Shawn as your server, you're in for a good time as he is sure to make you laugh.
