Bidra med feedbackAfter a three-week stay in Canada and discovering Tim Hortons, I was really looking forward to visiting the location in Syracuse. However, it turned out to be quite a disappointment! I went up to the counter to place my order, but there was no employee in sight. After waiting for a few minutes and trying to get someone’s attention, I decided to ask the cashier at the gas station side if Tim Hortons was open. She checked her watch and confirmed that it was. I then inquired about how to order food, and she told me to do so with the cashier at Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, no one ever showed up, and I eventually walked out. What a letdown!
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and while I love cream cheese, there was just way too much on that one bagel. The iced coffee was really good, but the lid was a nightmare—it leaked all over my clothes! This is so frustrating. I won't be coming back since I don't have time to change outfits every day. They really need to invest in better cups or lids.
I visited Delta Sonic to purchase a gift card and was not greeted warmly by a manager named Sydney when I tried to acknowledge her yesterday morning. Unfortunately, her negative attitude carried over to the Tim Hortons side as well. When the line started to back up due to technical issues with the Tim Hortons app, she came over and stood there with an unfriendly expression, implying that the employees were slacking off, which they absolutely were not. Sydney stood behind the employee at the Tim Hortons cash register, looking very upset and glaring at the staff because of the long line. The employees didn’t deserve that kind of treatment, as they work very hard.
Just recently moved to the area so we were very excited to have a Tim Horton 's close by. Two of the employees I interacted with were great; I had also just purchased the unlimited wash at Delta Sonic so getting a free medium coffee was a great 'perk '. The two of them were very nice and accommodating. Then today, I had a very undesirable experience with which seemed to be someone more managerial but I wasn 't totally sure. I ordered my coffee and gave her my card, she said that I didn 't have a verified account attached with the card, but I did not know what she meant. I thought that the cc attached to my unlimited membership was all that I needed; she said no, that people often confuse that with having a linked bank account for payment. She also complained aloud to me that the other employees will often overlook this and just give the customer their coffee. I was confused and offended because nobody explained this to me when I signed up for the unlimited membership last week. Secondly, the difference between account linkage is not something I have dealt with in the past, as this is my first membership with a car wash and as stated, I was excited about the 'perks '. She then walked to the another register and acted as if she was going to proceed with the next customer to which she out loud asked Do you want to still purchase a coffee which I replied that I did not (since I my membership offers me a free coffee). She did not even try to help me or explain what I had to do to link another account. This, with other customers in the Tim Horton 's area, was extremely embarrassing; overall she was unnecessarily rude and could have assisted me better by being friendly and accommodating, and not dismissing me. Hopefully I should have my account linked soon because this was a benefit that I looked forward to and had been enjoying for the past week, before embarrassing me in front of a store full of other customers. I left with no coffee and a bitter taste in my mouth.
I had a delightful surprise discovering Tim Hortons in New York, as we don’t have any in California and the only place I knew of was Canada. I ordered a double and a Boston cream, and I also picked up two bags of ground coffee to take home. When will Tim Hortons open in California? Food: 5/5
