Mcdonald's - Syracuse

I had to repeat my order twice in the dining window. they bring me dr. pepper instead of coks. was replaced by another dr. pepper. 2 mcdouble and 2 mcchickens ordered. there was given a happy eating. that's after I have to tell her my order twice, and this mcdonald's only car has a ride through the parking space not two.

Ordered ice t , gave me the wrong drink twice. Asked for a shake. He said it was broken. But saw them making shakes. Asked another person if the machine was broken, he Said I don’t know they don’t tell me anything. Ugh

Ordered 2 meals and they never gave us our fries. Tried to call and of course they didn’t pick up. They weren’t even busy

Food cold, my granddaughter chicken nuggets were hard, like they were made earlier in the day ff cold too. Not the first time at this McDonald's.

Crazy at 8:20-9pm. Waited 25 mins for a lrg drink. Need more staff to actually work.
