Bidra med feedbackAt 5:30 in the evening, there were 6 people waiting in line at the restaurant with only 2 workers assisting customers. Unfortunately, only 2 customers were being helped, causing others to walk out. It seems like the employees care more about fulfilling DoorDash orders than serving the customers who still come in to eat. This is very disappointing, especially considering I used to work at Subway in Walmart. The employees were rude and did not even acknowledge the waiting customers. Making one sandwich at a time for a group of 6 is not efficient. They should pre-cut all 6 breads and build the sandwiches simultaneously. It's clear that Sue, the district manager, needs to either hire a completely new crew or have Jessica P. manage the restaurant, as this current team is incredibly lazy. It shouldn't take an employee over ten minutes to make 2 subs for a mobile order. One employee even left their coworker to struggle, causing the company to lose customers.
This 5-star review is solely for Larry at this Subway location. It was my first time visiting this particular Subway and I was impressed by how fresh, well-stocked, and organized everything was. Larry was polite, professional, and efficient, without me even having to ask for extra toppings on my sandwich. As someone with extensive experience in the food industry, I can confidently say that Larry is knowledgeable and skilled in food preparation. The workstations were clean, he changed gloves regularly, and he demonstrated a strong work ethic and pride in his work, even in a Subway setting. Despite being the only one working, Larry excelled in providing excellent customer service. Larry, continue to excel and reach new heights in your career, as you have completely turned around my opinion of this Subway location. My visit on 4/17/24 at approximately 3:30pm was truly impressive.
