Oporto Casula Drive Thru - Sydney

I ordered a chicken drawn bowl the guacamole was a yellowish brown color, raw and tasted bad. it was obviously spoiled went back, told the staff that it was bad, he said it was good, then he smelled it and agreed it badly. he made me another bowl. I just parked the car to find out he put the exact dame guac on top. I went back and said you just put the same pampered guac on and he went on to say that his fine and because of the weather she wasn't so good avocado, but the avocado was good. I said, if you think it's good, you can try it before me. he refused. never apologise, but he asked me if I wanted a refund, but I just rushed out, I couldn't stand there. I understand that it can happen, but the way they have reacted is so shameful. used to love oporto, but no more. no respect for customers ever back.

Chicken rappa was good, waiting time was no problem, eating was fresh. no complaining.

Not the fastest drive thru, but delicious food, friendly service, clean.

Waited to serve over 40mins, then they said that would be another 30 minutes

Manager refused to print me a legible receipt as none of the receipt printers print I legible receipt I need a real legible receipt for tax purposes this place is a joke.Total waste of time Having young people working in this environment unsupervised
