KFC - Sydney

The service in this restaurant section is incredibly disappointing. Orders are consistently given to the driver late, sometimes up to 5-15 minutes after they should have been. If an order is then delivered an hour or two late, it is blamed on the supplier. The staff, who are mostly underpaid 14-19 year olds, are rushed to eat their meals in under two to three minutes when they order through the drive-thru, making it impossible for them to enjoy their food. Customers often fail to show basic respect and expect perfection from the servers, who are simply doing their best. Some customers even yell at the staff for policy decisions made by the main office, which is unfair to blame on the young workers. It is important for adults to show respect and understanding towards the hardworking staff, who handle hundreds of orders per hour. Immaturity seems to be a common issue among some customers in this restaurant.

I live 2 km from this kfc. I tried this kfc instead of the 1 km away from me when they took an hour to deliver a small order. a bus would have got me from home to earlwood in 15 minutes, would not have been a 30-40-minute drive. this order also took an hour. What about Kfc delivery? I checked the menulog tracking, the drivers have waited half an hour in the restaurant! these are 1 or 2 jobs he didn't pay for. I think the lection here is not using menulog for kfc, since they obviously supply orders at the bottom of the stack. the hawn also got lukewarm.

I went through today for the first time. Staff no customer service skills!!! Manager on duty no idea can't control staff restaurant filthy! Had to use my baby wipes to clean tables. Waited 10 minutes for chicken you wouldn't feed it to ur dog
