Have some amazing kfc meals from here, I think that eating is really good, occasional meal, but 8/10 are good. the service can be asked at any time. many young children, needs a good superior

There are many orders online and drive through, but if the customer comes to store, they need to acknowledge or eye contact, I would suggest more customer service training in the front line.

Made of water, no knife to cut burger in half for my son, no clean tables, eating all the floor and bathroom are dirty. Burger-Patty was so hard, could bite the center, chips and chicken piece warm. why can't earlwood kfc make it right?

Ordered last night for 3 people and most of the food delivered was rubbish. Stale bread, shrivelled up chicken, order notes missed on absolutely everything, items missing from the order, food thrown into the bag which ended up all over the bottom of the bag. I tried to call the store at 8.40 last night to have them redo the entire order but the phone wouldn 't even ring. I assume we were one of the last orders of the night and they rushed through it just to close early. Absolute waste of time and money.Contacted KFC for a refund and was refunded for just under half the order amount, with barely a mention to any of the issues. When I followed up I was told my message was sent to the management team for review and consideration of further compensation . I haven 't heard back since then.
