There were two reasons we came back to this restaurant after the first time we visited. The food is amazing, full of flavour and was a little bit different to everywhere else we had been before. The chef is a genius, there are only a handful of restaurants that we visit regularly( why go back to the same place when there are some many amazing restaurants to visit) but Bouche has now become one of those places that we look forward to hearing about a new menu.Secondly, the Sommelier knows his stuff, you will be guaranteed a good choice of wine and it will be delivered by someone who can back it up with a passionate knowledge. Definitely recommend this restaurant and the bar below is also worth a visit.
After booking through Dimmi, decided to give this place a go. Absolutely worth the money. Beautifully decorated and fantastic dining experience. Loved it.
The hotel concierge recommended this new restaurant and it was a gem! Only several blocks from the harbor. This is the street level restaurant. For a small and intimate restaurant open less than a year they have it down perfectly. From the minute we entered everything was done perfectly. The wait staff was attentive and the food excellently prepared. A very good wine list made it easy to select a complementing wine. No rush on moving you through. Do have a reservation since it is a small place.
After recently changing chefs it looks like Bouche on Bridge have upped their game. French food with a Swedish twist. The Moreton bay bug on brioche is divine. Great service and setting, just need some more diners....slightly tucked away.
