Taxco Mexican Cuisine - Sycamore

The food is great no complaints there, but ot is a bit over priced and the service can be better. I know I know nothing worse than a mouth full of food and the waitress coming to ask how everything is tasting, but the can definitely check in a tad more. Have frequented this restaurant for literally years and would have given it a good re iew until my last visit. The carne asada dinner was extremely tough and impossible to chew. The barbacoa was underseasoned and also tough. But, the beans and rice were good as always.

I was a little disappointed with Taxco. The atmosphere was a bit run down.The chips seemed like they were from a bag and the salsa line ketchup. I had a burrito that was so-so, nothing special about the rice and beans. My nephew has Juevos Rancheros and didn't finish them (he always finishes his food)I won't go back.

Food is just ok. It's fun because it's downtown but way better options for mexican around here.

Taste like they sell FAKE FOOD ! DISGUSTING ! I hate fake food . It should be illegal to serve FAKE food at a restaurant! That is SUCH AN OFFENSE!
