KFC - Swindon

Went here for lunch in November we ordered or KFC chicken meals and I am very sad to say that none of the chicken had any of the flavours expected from KFC. Whilst it was cooked well there was no sign of any KFC seasoning on any of the selection of chicken we ordered. Very bad experience and will not be using KFC again if this is the best they can do. Terrible meal. They even nearly forgot the drinks despite repeating the order to me minutes earlier. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned before we could use it. In fairness to the cleaner she did a good job quickly, so thank you for that

Lukewarm chicken, run out of salt, only diet/zero Pepsi available. Really disappointing. Handy location in the designer outlet though with plenty of seating.

Went here for a quick dinner after a long day at work. But they had no Twisters and no Krushems! Bit pointless really

The food was terrible and our order was not complete. There was a lack of social distancing in the queue to order, and no organization for people waiting to receive their orders. The tables were dirty, as well as the highchair, which had old dirt that had not been cleaned in a long time. The floor was also dirty. The staff did not seem to care about any of these issues.

I visited this restaurant and was disappointed to find that there was hardly anything available. The service was quite rude and lacked any expressions of gratitude. To make matters worse, my wife discovered hairs in her rice box, which was a very unpleasant surprise.
