Burger Burger - Swansea

I had a great dining experience at Nando's tonight. The service was quick and efficient, following all the COVID guidelines. Prices were reasonable, and the restrooms (located up two flights of stairs) were clean and had a pleasant scent. The self-serve soft drink station was a nice touch, and there was a lovely water feature for customers to rinse their sticky hands, which was amusing! The staff were friendly, and there was a festive Christmas tree, adding to the cheerful atmosphere. I ordered the chicken battle along with fries, and three of us shared a plate of roulette wings, which were delicious with surprising flavors. Overall, a wonderful evening!

The food is good, but pretty standard for the area. The service can vary; at times it is very efficient and quick, but on other occasions, it’s just average, with items missing and slow meal service. The staff seem friendly and generally capable, though some appear somewhat inexperienced compared to other places. Overall, it's definitely above average, but nothing out of the ordinary.

I have my best friend for lunch here on Monday, the 16th for his 50th birthday. the food was top notch and the manager was a shady. bring the cake I oversniffed him .lit the sparkles and even sang happy birthday. my friend was suitable embarrassing. many thanks to x

I've always had a great experience dining at Nando's in Swansea. The staff has consistently provided excellent service. However, today I ordered for collection and noticed that a few items were missing. I called them, and they quickly addressed the issue by providing the missing items. To top it off, they also offered us some extras as an apology for the inconvenience.
