Wendy's In Coll - sville

The food was decent, but the staff seemed quite unhappy, and everything took an unusually long time. Though they weren't overly busy, the service felt slow and unmotivated. One employee seemed to be aimlessly wandering around instead of assisting her coworkers. The dining area also had a sticky appearance, indicating it needed a thorough cleaning. I noticed that one of the girls was preparing nuggets and fries without gloves and didn't wash her hands after handling cash. It wouldn't have been so concerning if she hadn't been touching the edges of the food containers while packing the orders, but it definitely was. Because of that, we decided to stick with the Frostys. Overall, the whole experience felt strange. Perhaps it was just an off day?

I visit this restaurant for breakfast every Sunday at around 9 AM, and the staff is the most friendly I've ever encountered. Even when customers are being openly rude to them, they always remain composed.
