Bidra med feedbackThe farm Loghino Sabbioni is one of those places for which you are lucky to live in Italy, where good food meets the passion and courtesy of authentic people who use catering as a means to get not only to the belly, but also to the heart of the guests. In the reign of Mrs. Fiorenza, her husband and her son eat only what is cultivated or bred in the farm. Only a few products come from outside, for example, the pig, but immediately we want to point out that we are talking about products of the area, of quality and that are perfectly integrated with what the land of the Loghino has given. With raw materials so good and genuine, the food coming to the table can only be fantastic. In the simplicity of the recipes you can see all the skill of the resdora, able to make the complexity of the tradition easy. The menu is arranged a few days before telephone, because fixed. The few covers and fresh cooked products do not allow choices: take or leave, and I suggest you take! For the thematic menu based on pumpkin we have been proposed: appetizer of local salami, cheek and raw ham with fried cake does not make it any more, says the resdora, but she loves to amaze her guests! first steak: pumpkin tortelli with homemade tomato sauce as it wants the tradition under the Poce and risotto with fried pumpkin sauce. But be careful, the Loghino is not just coming to eat. You come to live an experience. To eat a dish you can go anywhere, to eat a great dish less, but to eat a great dish that is explained by those who prepared it and know its secrets, history, charm of time, occasions are very few. For Sunday lunch we were in 6 commensali, and it was beautiful to be able to stop us a couple of hours to chat with the family, to know recipes almost lost and anecdotes on the countryside and work in the fields. Happy to have experienced this experience, not for everyone but I recommend to everyone! Ah, I forgot, all for only €33 and a couple of euro for drinks. Live the happy decree!
