Bidra med feedbackI always make mobile orders and never have problems. A few times the catering order there were minor failures. Once the food came a little late and once again we missed something, but the driver ran back to the store to get it for us. I wish I could have normal orders for delivery, but my location is not available. The parking situation is a nightmare for this location. It is also the busiest Chick-fil-A I?ve ever visited. That means they treat the influx of customers very well. They keep the line moving and have a lot of employees who manage the drive thru line, take orders and supply food to cars.
Idk who's idea it was to put a Chick-fil-A next to a Starbucks, but the parking lot situation for this location is horrible. Drive-thru line is tight, I drive an F450 and it was almost impossible to get through. Now with that being said the employees here were some of the most professional and friendly. Whoever is doing the training here has done a fantastic job. Food was great too.
Normally I never have any issues with Chick-fil-A Love their food and the app is nice to get delivered. However ever since I added a second address to my account the past two times I've ordered food they send it to the second address even if I click on the first address that I actually wanted delivered to. So I've had to go pick it up each time and I triple check the address when I made the orders so I don't know if it's a bug in the app that keeps switching the address on me or what...
I ordered through the drive thru and when I ate my food, I noticed there was a literal piece of plastic in my Mac n cheese. After noticing, I drove back up to the chick fil a and waited patiently in the DT. When I alerted a team member, she told me she had no idea what to do because she was still in training. I drove to the pick up lane, and the man took the Mac n cheese from me and said ?would you like a refund?? I asked would it be for the mac and cheese or for the whole order, he said for the whole order. After he spoke with someone else, they informed him that he could only refund me for the mac and cheese and I told him I?ll take the refund. He comes back with a new mac n cheese and DEMANDS that I take it from him. I told him I didn?t want that. Mia begins to get frustrated with me and asks for the card I paid with after I informed her I paid with Apple Pay. She then yelled at me and said they needed to see my phone for the Apple Pay. I was then refunded for a $3 mac and cheese. I feel as if my situation could have been handled better being that it is completely unacceptable that I found a food hazard.
Pitiful little overpriced salad with hardly one chicken (scraps of chickens on the side with wild greens and minimal vegetables/toppings)? Drive thru service was also well kept under par for the call Chick-fil-A. The girls seem disturbed by me and my order. I return to my regular location and skip it in the future.
