Early American Tavern - Sussex

Great place! Love the atmosphere! Food was really good and the people working were super friendly and fun. Definitely a place to visit if you're in the area.

Fun night out. Large tables so tables of 6 are easy to seat. The service and food were good. Always a festive atmosphere. The sweet potato fries are super yum and I really enjoyed the prime rib sandwich.

Once again, always impressive. The cosmo that the bartender Brian made me was fantastic. The manager Tammy made us feel right at home. And the rest of the staff was hustling around. The food came out in a timely matter. And was outstanding. Will always keep coming back.

Tonight I ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes no gravy with butter. Received something that looked like a dismantled meatball with mashed potatoes and gravy. Definitely not what I was expecting, wish I would have received meatloaf. Well I didn?t eat it, not even a bite. They dropped the bill from $16 to $8, that was generous but I still paid $8 for a meal that wasn?t meatloaf. I will not be returning.

This afternoon we celebrated my daughters new job at Disney World at the Early American Tavern. They have a great space upstairs that accommodated all of my guests. Tammy worked with me through the whole experience. She is so responsive to emails, flexible and accommodating with my requests! She even allowed me to come in yesterday to see the room set up! She made the day so easy on me, I could enjoy all of my guests!! I highly recommend Early American Tavern for your next
