Saigon Summer - Surry Hills

Ordered uber eats from here, chicken pho and beef pho. Both tasted really good! The chicken was pretty dry but the broth was very nice. Beef was perfect. They use fresh rice noodles so they were a delight to slurp up! Sauce included, and the packaging was done right so it was easy to pour the broth into the bowl with noodles and herbs/toppings. However it is a little pricey. $18-19 each for the bowls of noodles.

We had the pho that didn't contain any sweet, except a few bits of buzz, and above all consisted of badly made tofu. a bit lazy and unhealthy offer for a vegan option.

Aim was to try another vegan place in a recent visit to sydney, but it was found closed saigon summer by coincidence and was pleasantly surprised by the vegan options they offered. had a nice tofu vermicelli nudel bowl and some early rolls. it was light and fresh and very favorable.
