Excellent coffee perfect eggs, great juices and a wonderful menu. very friendly, happy staff, a wonderful mood, very busy, super clean great decor. definitiw a winner

I hardly go here anymore, but I work close by so every now and then I give it another go. Coffee is always extremely expensive the last few times I've asked if I've been billed incorrectly. And sure it's good, but it's not $5... $6 a regular coffee good. Food is decent, but I must say I don't understand why this place is so packed. Perhaps it's the location as there's not a lot of good cafes in this part of Surry Hills. I reommend going elsewhere across the road has much better properly priced coffee.

Loved the atmosphere, the food, the service so much the first visit we went back next morning. Hop, skip and a jump from Central Station. Couldn't fault this place. The green breakfast is fabulous!

Two very different visits that were totally staff dependent! First visit for lunch was great. Waitress (Welsh) was so attentive and food was amazing. Loved the buzz and wanted to take my partner back there for brunch before we left Sydney. So, we sit down...and order coffees and look at menu. Get given 2 water glasses but no water or a choice. 20 mins later my partner helps himself to some water from the water stations. Waiter says something smug and not understandable. Then proceeds to ignore us and not make eye contact during a very quiet period. Needless to say after 30 more minutes of the worst service and being ignored, we decided to bail. It totally spoilt our morning. I am only giving 3 stars due to the previous service.

Just found our new favourite spot for breakfast in Sydney. We had the eggs benedict and hotcakes and they were delicious, best we’ve had. Hats off to the chef! Far better than Bills, no wait, great menu selection and decent prices.
