Tim Hortons is one of the best and most affordable places in Canada to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. I've had the opportunity to try about 80% of their menu, and I can confidently say that their offerings are consistently delicious. From their signature donuts to the popular Timbits, each item is a delightful treat known for its taste and quality. Among the beverages, my personal favorites are the London Fog and French Vanilla. The London Fog is a lovely combination of earl grey tea and steamed milk, with a touch of vanilla that makes it soothing and aromatic. On the other hand, the French Vanilla is smooth and creamy, perfect for those who enjoy a sweeter, comforting coffee drink. Every visit to Tim Hortons is a satisfying experience, thanks to their wide range of options that cater to various tastes. Whether you're picking up a quick breakfast, a light snack, or a warm drink, Tim Hortons consistently offers quality and value, making it a go-to spot for many, myself included.

I've visited several Tim Horton's locations in upstate New York and various parts of Canada, but this one was by far the worst. I usually don't have high expectations for fast-food places, but this experience was disappointing. The restaurant felt run down and wasn't very clean. The service left a lot to be desired, and the food was just average at best. I would recommend giving this location a miss.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly, but unfortunately, the service is incredibly slow. It's puzzling because it doesn’t seem like they are understaffed, yet the pace feels sluggish. We waited at least 15 minutes for just one coffee and two hot chocolates, and I noticed several customers leaving because of the long wait. I hope that service improves on our next visit.

After waiting 15 minutes, my patience was wearing thin, only to find out my order hadn’t even gone through. I had checked with the guy serving me, and he brushed it off like everything was fine. Eventually, the same guy came back to tell me I didn’t place an order and mocked me by twisting my words. Yes, I mentioned I was running late, but I never said to cancel my food order—just the gift card. Considering all the hassle and wasted time, the least they could have done was prepare my food and hand it to me. Instead, I left empty-handed and extremely frustrated. While Tim Hortons is much more affordable than Starbucks, I will never return to this location. I urge all Timmy’s fans to steer clear and save yourselves from this kind of frustration.

This has been one of my favorite places since ninth grade, bringing back great memories from those good old days. There’s always a bustling atmosphere, wonderful people, and plenty of memorable experiences to enjoy.
