Ricky's All Day Grill - Surrey

I have a friend here to lunch like 90’s diner, decor, dark, no living at all, atmosphere not coming well, lunch hours eile, few people in the restaurant, lots of empty tablets, lady owners and. the personal saw that they don't want to come to work, no smile, just wondering about, very strange fall menu is grilled throughout the day, much to choose, just from live so try (MR taste like fed gum, I ate only little bit, that is enough for me, my friend club house, looks good but too much dressing, very chaotic

About the years here we go to the breakfast. it was a past, but we went to breakfast on a Saturday morning. I ordered the loaded omelette and got the meat on the side for the woman. and substituted fries for hash brown. omelette. was nice. had many nice. a good meal. service was sufficient. waiting time for table was acceptable. not the best breakfast I've ever had, but not the worst.

We hadn't read any reviews before we could stop here, maybe we missed it. we were a group of 3 who stopped after a long day sightseeing for dinner. the service was slick, fast and friendly . the waitress was very happy to answer our questions about the menu as this was our first station at a ricky’s. the beer came super cold (as I like) and I must say the local brew was very delicious. we all ordered something different and all the meals came in a short time, piping hot and full taste I must say I was quite surprised to read the reviews about bland food we all found it very good to the point that we ate at another ricky’s later in our trip in another city. the desserts were also very nice, although perhaps a little big or it could be, I ate too much and the coffee was good too. it was also very good.

Must think the worst quality food that I had throughout my two weeks, they work on the baptism it high no care about quality principle. omelettes were like leathers and eating everything was tasteless, coffee was like dish water. we have gone and are in another place....if they can't be harassed to make a good product, they don't bother at all.

As i work in the same are i have been to Ricky’s more than once. Though they are usually slow the food is okay on a time crunch. Today was the absolute last straw. I was seated when i enters and ask for a drink...order which i placed. The server never came back. After 15 minutes of my lunch hour i went and found the server. She said she forgot. The restaurant only had theee tables seated. One being me. I asked to speak with the manager and all she did was say sorry. No we will make it right nothing at all. Absolutely brutal. Don’t waste your time.
