I am new in Canada and I went to quesada today and I don’t know what to order a d how to order as i am pure vegetarian the one of the employee name Sumanpreet kaur help me alot to make a choice of tofu burrito and its really amazing in taste the way she prepared my food was so decent and the way she takes order is also innocent. I usually enjoy their burritos, but on Wednesday, February 28th, I visited around 5:15 and the woman assisting me was very rude. She was not smiling and refused to offer other options when the burrito of the day was unavailable. Her behavior was unacceptable and she should improve her customer service skills. I was very disappointed with her unfriendly demeanor and it seemed like she was annoyed with me. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I don 't like having to pay $1.49 extra for a small amount of veggies (peppers, onion), Mucho Burrito includes this. There was no option in their app for no bag , had to pay for one when I didnt need one. Go to Mucho Burrito instead.
