Papa John's - Surrey

This review is about the restaurant management and the way they interact with customers. My friends and I had some Papa John's coupons that we received while visiting Vancouver. When I tried to use four coupons, the manager called me and said that I couldn't apply them at this location. He instructed me to use them where I had received them. If I had known this beforehand, I would have never placed an order here after hearing his words. I placed an order through the app and the store nearby was chosen for delivery. The manager warned me that my order may be cancelled next time if I ordered from the same location. After this conversation, no one wants to order from this place again. A reminder to others - if you have coupons or promotions, it's best to avoid this store as they can ruin your experience.

Great service, and the best made Papa Johns pizza I've ever seen. Definitely support them!

I had a questionable experience at this restaurant. It took 25 minutes for them to make just one pizza. I would give them a rating of 0.

All good my new go to good all around nice family owner 2 thumbs up Quality Pie.

First time trying it and it will be my last. Everything was very flat, dry and tasteless, and completely cold. I could have got a better tasting pizza from 711 for half the price. I don’t get how they haven’t been sued for false advertising. The pictures makes everything look thick and delicious. Completely misleading. Fifty dollars down the drain.
