McDonald's - Surrey

This restaurant branch is the worst for picking up delivery orders. I have never received my orders on time! It is very hard to communicate with someone at the pickup window because everyone is always busy in the kitchen. Even when you notify the person taking orders, they often forget to hand over the order when it is ready. They really need to improve their organization!

I have noticed a decline in quality at this restaurant since there were changes in the staff and renovations earlier this year. Despite coming here for convenience, I have been disappointed almost every time I visit. Most of my orders have been incorrect or have not followed my specific instructions, such as requesting less sauce on a Big Mac or no chicken sauce on the Bagel BELT. The presentation of the food is also lacking, with ingredients haphazardly placed on the dishes. The service inside the restaurant is also subpar, with staff showing a lack of courtesy and attention to customers. Overall, I have had consistently negative experiences at this location.

Mcdonalds is a great place to eat and relax in their dining area. I won't call it a restaurant. The food is delicious and that's the dilemma. I've gained weight and had to buy a whole lot of new clothes. I've lost control of my eating habits, and now I'm paying the price. I'm so fat people say hello to me twice. I highly recommend Mcdonalds to everyone looking for a great food experience ?

It's a McDonalds so the bar is set pretty low. This is generally one of the better ones, food is generally good and AT LEAST very warm. Very nice people generally work the drive-thru, very competent, I go quite often and they are consistent.

I understand that this restaurant is known for fast food, but the service was not quick. It took 15 minutes to receive my order, with only 2 other customers inside. It seemed like the focus was primarily on the drive-thru. The person at the counter was not very friendly, providing no explanations or thank you.
