McDonald's - Surrey

I used to live near this McDonald's and would visit often. However, as a former employee at another McDonald's, I have high standards for staff performance. Unfortunately, the staff at this location is terrible, with the night manager being particularly rude. I have never encountered such poor service in all my years of working at McDonald's. The night manager, who was tall, slim, and Indian with fair complexion, always wore a light blue shirt. She never took orders at the front, resulting in long wait times. On one occasion, I waited 30-40 minutes just to place my order, and they even forgot it once, making me wait 37 minutes. Additionally, they do not customize orders placed online. I would not recommend visiting this McDonald's if you are looking for good service and quality food.

It's currently 1:25am, and I just visited the drive-thru to order something, but they informed me that they were not taking orders because their employees were on break. I then went inside the store and saw that there was only one girl working, while three other girls were on break and sitting together. I felt sorry for the girl who was working alone without any complaints. She was smiling and providing good service. However, it was shameful to see the three other girls taking a break together.

December 8 2023 at 11:00 gave the code to add points, ordered large fries. Went to the window to give the code for free fries since I had a lot of points. The woman said “you gave me the code”.I said “I gave the first code this is the code for the free fries” and she said “ you gave me the code it shows your name you can’t give another code”. She refused to take the second code so I said “fine I will go to another one”. She said into her microphone to the person up front that I didn’t want the fries.I Went down the road and asked the other McDonald’s just for confirmation if I can give the add points code and then give the points to get a free item and he said yes. As I have done it multiple times to other McDonald’s restaurants no issue.Someone needs to train the woman at the window how to use the Mc Donald’s codes. And won’t be going back to that one if they don’t know how to figure it out.GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE ROAD 9638 160th I never have had an issue there and if you ask for it fresh they will make it fresh!

Probably the worst mcdonald’s in all of the lower mainland. expect to wait 15-25 minutes in waiting spots for a simple meal that should be ready. this mcdonald’s is not fast food. i avoid this location all the time even though it’s the one i live closest too. lazy rude workers who care more about pushing you out of the drive thru than about your order. can’t believe nothing has changed in over a year. is in desperate need of new management

One of the McDonald’s employees were being very rude to us and said **** to us and screaming. This is very mean and wish for them to fix their attitude. She is white with blonde hair maybe in her 40
