Mcdonald's - Surprise

I went to this restaurant at 11:00 am without placing an online order. I simply stood in line and was served promptly. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed a refreshing Coca-Cola. The service was friendly, as always. Overall, I would rate the food 5 out of 5 stars.

The staff was short-handed tonight, but the girl working both as cashier and server at the window was sweet and pleasant. I was served promptly at 9:10 PM. The food was hot, tasty, and not messy. We ordered a cheeseburger, a double quarter pounder meal, and two cheeseburger meals. Thank you for handling the pressure well! They are child-friendly with a cashier/server who is good with kids. There are over 20 parking spaces available.

The notorious milkshake machine does not work! mcdonald’s is one of the largest food joints in the world and yet cannot find out how to consistently offer a milkshake in their restaurant. they fold to a handwritten sign again and again. what a embarrassment to be the headline so many sweaty, yet they do nothing to fix the problem.

I waited almost 10 mins in drive thru to pay and get food. I ordered buy one get one Big Mac. The employee only put in 1 big Mac so I had to drive around and wait for food. I waited over 10 mins then went in. Their excuse was they couldn't find me. The sandwiches were cold and the bun was stale. Terrible customer service. Will not go back to that particular one again.

20 minutes from getting in line (3 cars back from ordering) to getting my order and leaving. By the time I left the line was nearly out to bell road. Inexcusable. Either they don’t account for shrink or they are just poorly managed. With Wendy’s taking less than 3-5 minutes I’ll never come back here. Unless you like being late to work, go somewhere else.Update: 2 to 1 star Food was cold. Hash brown was fried in awful tasting grease. Coffee ordered half sweet was not edible due to extreme amount of syrup and milk/cream used. Unfortunately another fast food place to avoid up in this 303/bell area that just cannot seem to get it right.
