Burger King - Surprise

In the effort to try something new after a long day, this was a complete disappointment! I picked up my children from school early and brought them to the doctor with me, subject to the condition that they behave that they get a tasty bite! that was not that! go through the drive thru and order 4 of the new royal crispy chickenburgers and some fries, they told me that there was a 10 minute waiting time. no big thing. I move to the window and pay $45 for what looks delicious on the menu. They ask me to move forward and they'll get me to eat. they bring the food out and my family can't wait to come home and try my daughter already makes plans for the next time we go out what she'll order. as soon as we come home, the burgers feel in size and my wife is like, how did they order?! I tell her and she says we don't have the same burger you have! They all have what I suspect is the royal bbq bacon cheese burger and I have the royal crispy chicken bacon cheese burger without speck or cheese, my burger also has two lower bungalows! in the midst of my hungerpangs I'm talking to and I'm going to ignoring. he asked me for my name and my number that I made available, then he tells me that I have to return the half eaten food for a refund or he can return my order. I tell him I can't come back today, he says there's nothing he can do without eating! So I guess my time, money I spent or gas it costs to travel back means nothing. I could go tony because I did not make any efforts at all to correct the situation, I think I could not have it on my wise!

They are fast on getting their customers food drinks out. Nicole is a great role model for new employees, every time i go there she always has a smile on her face.

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. I've been here tons of times and at all hours. My order is always correct and the food is always as decent as it can be.

HORRIBLE PLACE do not order from this location because the customer service is horrid also always out of stuff

Food is alright they need to make sure they keep things a bit fresher as it seems food tends to sit a bit
