A dinner perfectly orchestrated by the chef in person who takes us to the heart of a very fresh and sweet history that revisits the gastronomy of our countries very poetically, perfectly accompanied by the wine suggestions of the chef. The meal begins smoothly with a very fresh and original entrance, a beef tongue hinted in carpaccio, followed by a brandad of family cod and warm that one can easily guess made with love and generosity. This meal concludes with a beautiful tatin pie made home cooked to perfection, majesticly caramelized, in sum a very soft landing. this very friendly dinner in a family-friendly atmosphere.
