The Red Rose - Surbiton

You know you've found the right restaurant when half the customers are greeted with handshakes and kisses, indicating that they are regulars. I can see why The Red Rose is so popular; the staff is extremely friendly, and the food offers fantastic value for money. While the decor may be a bit rustic (I admit, I can be a bit of a snob), I believe it adds to the restaurant's charm. We recently dined at Road to Joy and found the staff to be rude and slow, and the prices were higher, proving that plush decor doesn’t guarantee a great meal. I would highly recommend The Red Rose for a delicious curry at a reasonable price.

Having lived in London and enjoyed a lot of curry, I can confidently say that this is one of the best places around, and it's my local favorite.

Only ended in this little gem of a restaurant because I family in the opposite I visited, but they really have beautiful eating here. large curries, good portions not too large, not too small. it would recommend if they are in the opposite because there are not so many good places to eat in surbiton!

I ate here years ago...it's nice to see that it is still around. I remember the lamb vindaloo was fantastic...very hot....but very good.
