When I called back, I spoke to another manager, Freddie. Not only did he refund my money, but he also replaced my incorrect order. Great job, Papa John's! Keep these two around—they did an excellent job! Thank you!

This is the best restaurant I've ever been to. I usually experience terrible heartburn, but ever since they let that one employee go, I haven't had any issues. Thank you for that! John really takes good care of the customers.
