Elkibou’s Food Cart Park - Sunriver

I have been multiple times to try all carts but only the same 2 seem to be open and food quality has severely diminished. Thinking I have had my last Elkibou experience today after my son getting a barely warmed up grilled cheese.

Cool little place. A little out if the way but definitely worth finding.

Sunriver really needs a spot like this as food choices are pretty much the same in the village and surrounding area. Unfortunately there are very few carts, the food does not distinguish itself and what is offered is overpriced. They need greater variety with food cooked fresh not from a steam table.

Good carts and really good beer/wine/cider selection. They are dog friendly too!! Occasionally some certs will be closed or close early if it is super slow. Hope this place grows!

Elkibou's has it all, delicious food carts, alcoholic beverages like local beers and ciders, gas fire pits, gas heaters to keep you warm, and plenty of space to stretch out your legs in it's beautifully manicured park like setting that's surrounded by native trees.. feels like a hidden gem! I was able to try a couple carts. I had Korean style tacos from The Bleu Rooster. The owners Lori and Levi we're very friendly and informative on their supply of fresh ingredients. They were amazing, both people and tacos!!! For dessert I went to another cart that offered shortcake with mixed berries. Definitely going back to share experience with my wife.
