Gigi's Music Cafe - Sunrise

I visited this restaurant a while back (I believe before the pandemic) and recently went back. This place hosts some excellent entertainment nights with live bands and poetry open mic sessions. The entertainment is definitely the highlight. The drinks at the bar are tasty, but the food service can be a bit slow - they can't excel at everything. The restaurant is clean and it appears to have many regulars as I noticed a lot of familiar faces who seemed to know each other. However, it may feel a bit isolating for someone new to the scene.

The restaurant was stunning. The atmosphere and the soothing music paired perfectly with the delicious meal. The macaroni bites were fantastic, as were the shrimp and grits, and the mojito complemented it all perfectly. Meeting the owner, Gigi, who was incredibly friendly, made the experience even better. Overall, it was a five-star dining experience.
