The At Sunland Park Racetrack Casino/west El Paso

The customer service is absolutely exceptional!!! We were traveling with our newborn and they allowed us to do a very early check in and late check out. Connie did everything in her power to accommodate us. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.The hotel is very nice and clean! If we ever come back to this area we’ll be staying here for sure.

To anyone who's ever been skeptical about hotel price comparison websites, I can't recommend HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm enough. The savings, like on this stay, are tangible and consistent. Very welcoming and professional service was the first great impression for me. The next was the spacious room that felt comfortable and was beautiful. The bed was great and everything was very clean. The casino had a great restaurant. If anything is a draw-back, it'd be that there isn't much nearby. But it was a wonderful restful stay and for a great rate!
