Mcdonald's - Sunderland

I've been to a few McDonald's up and down the country, and they all follow the same trend...mcdelivery always takes priority, then drive through and lastly those that wait inside for either dine in or take out. It's annoying as 90% of the time, the food is luke warm as was the case this visit. Would have preferred a human to order from rather than finding ourselves an almost empty restaurant 'Marie Celeste ' comes to mind with no one paying attention to the counter from the kitchen for a long time especially when after ordering from the machine, it didn 't give a receipt. Once someone had noticed us, we were dealt with in a very friendly and helpful way. The food was delicious.
