Cookout - Sumter

We like the food and the costs, but if they can't get a simple order right it puts me off the place. If I say hamburger I mean hamburger not cheese burger(paying for the cheese), and if I pay for the bacon I would like the bacon. I really don't want to unwrap all my orders before I leave. really disapointed with order 4080 on 12/20/12 6:48 p.m.

Took over 1 hour to get 2 malts on March 18th.

Open the dawn dining room or shut the place down.
