Lush’s Tennessee Bbq - Summit Park

We were craving some good BBQ tonight. Went to Lush?s in Silver Creek and we were so impressed. Awesome ribs, brisket and tater tots! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and the brisket was smoky, moist, and tender! Everything was perfectly seasoned.And the service was super friendly and very prompt. Loved all the decor too. We will be back! So happy to have good BBQ nearby.

Excellent smoked BBQ and other grilled dishes. Short ride from Park City resort on a snowy night so glad we did! Meats are tender with great flavor, salmon fresh and cooked to perfection. Reasonably priced. Owners friendly and professional. Place isspotless. Highly recommended.

Very authentic Tennessee style barbecue. I grew up in Georgia and never really developed a taste for the sweet thin vinegar based barbecue sauce. But the smoked brisket here is simply amazing. The ribs are also not to be missed. One surprise was thecornbread, it's made in a large waffle iron and comes out crisp and fluffy with a savory flavor. Wonderful. I'll have to try itat home.

We truly gave this new place a try numerous times but have been let down every time. The meat is good, not great, but the sides are disgusting. The nail in the coffin was their food truck. This was $15, and they ?ran out of utensils? and told us to ?eat itwith our hands.? Gateway grill, where you at? I miss you ????

Shockingly good BBQ conveniently close to Park City and the Uintas. We visited mid-afternoon so it was not very busy, but there were still several other diners there. We were seated quickly and service was quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. Theoutside of the restaurant is simple and unassuming but the interior is pleasant. They offer outdoor seating and take out aswell. Prices are surprisingly low compared to other BBQ restaurants especially given recent inflation. The menu has a lot ofvariety. We tried a combo with ribs and brisket. The ribs were pretty good but the brisket was out of this world! We triedfries and gnocchi potato salad as our sides. The gnocchi was fun and innovative. The sauce was sweet but good. Would highlyrecommend!
