The Bombay Bistro - Summit

We have really been enjoying dining here. The food is very fresh and it is less heavy than I find many Indian meals. They also have many more selections than I usually see and some very tasty and differnt flavor combinations. Absolutely worth a visit.

We have been here several times and always enjoy our meals. The staff is very helpful in helping us pick what to order. It's a very comfortable place and BYO to boot.

Everything we ordered was delicious. We ate family style so we could all try out the different dishes. Authentic family recipies which were simply yet elegantly presented. The staff were knowledgeable and well informed. We will be back to check out some other dishes.

Took a friend who is India and a vegetarian. We were happy with all of the food. The portion sizes were large. The staff was helpful, informative and attentive. Numerous vegan and vegetarian options. We will be back.

We went for lunch buffet from work on weekday. Good food but vegetarian selections were limited. But the items that were there, all tasted good!
