The employee was really friendly and generous. Since it was late, they offered me a complimentary cookie donut to try.

After about five minutes, he returned to ask if I needed anything else, and I reiterated that I was still waiting for my food, pointing again at the screen filled with orders. He sighed and finally began cooking. When he handed me the food, it turned out to be someone else's order, despite my multiple reminders about mine. At this point, I had been there for nearly 20 minutes. I inquired about how much longer it would take, and he began to scold me, claiming that if I hadn't ordered 'complicated' items, it wouldn't have taken so long. I could have easily made those items myself, even without knowing how to use the equipment! Eventually, I received my order, but to my disappointment, one of the items was missing altogether. Instead, there were just ice-cold eggs. I understand that mornings can be challenging, especially when there’s limited staff, but there is no excuse for treating customers poorly, especially for items that should be routine on the menu!

The worst cappuccino I've ever had! There was no froth whatsoever, and it was even more watery than a latte. I asked the barista if that’s how their cappuccino typically looks, and they said yes, with no suggestion to make it right.

The pumpkin spice coffee was better than others DD. Idk why.

Crazy how this is the second time I come to this location and on both times they are closed almost an hour before they are listed as closing. While the employees are still inside the entire time probably running the clock when management isn?t aroundjust to collect and sit.. never again coming back to this location. WAWA IS DOWN THE STREET with better coffee. Owners don?tcare as Ive noticed I?m not the only one to mention the closing early part and apparently it?s still an issue. Or at leastupdate the opened/ closed times on your door so people don?t waste expensive gas driving to a place that may or might not beopened.
