Bidra med feedbackFirst time dining. I made reservations with the manager Aj during lunch for the dinner in person. I was a little hesitant since she didn’t write it down but when I showed up with my party of 7 she remembered me and promptly sat us to our table. Our server Linda was super fast getting our orders in and very friendly. Show for habachi wasn’t much but our chef was very funny that that we didn’t miss the show! Btw… fried rice was different since they add bacon but it gave it extra flavor and when you order chicken it was dark meat so super moist and not dry compare to having chicken breast. Def would come back again! Wheelchair accessibility: willing to accommodate the space at the habachi table instead of cramming us
We go here a lot but the 2nd to last time we went we waited a hour to even get started with food and almost left. The last time they shorted us bad on portions of food. don’t mind paying more with price increases but not if I’m getting a lot less.
Wow! I tried to eat here, glad I didn't! Drove around Summerville for a few hours and found this place. Overall impressions.... Poorly run, not very clean, roof leaking water, inattentive bartender...
Went I dinner with my friends and their kids. It was unbearably hot on the hibachi side. They had portable fans but only one in the main room. Our kids were hollering. Our chef turned the fan to us (bless him) and a rude man turned it back to himself selfishly despite us having children with red faces. They need to close and reassess the cooling system. Also the smoke detectors couldn’t have been on and working because it was so Smokey. It used to be a treat to go there now I’m upset about our experience
We went here for my daughter’s birthday. Hostess was rude from the beginning because we were on priority seating and one person from our part was not present. She snapped at my 16 yo daughter who was being very kind. We were sat at the one cook top table for our party of 12 and the hostess proceeded to cram in 4 more people at our table. 16 people for one chef! Chef tried his best but looked very stressed. There was no entertainment provided with the cooking which of course is what our littlest ones love. Rice and eggs were burnt and chef forgot to add soy. He did not correct this, we were served the food anyway. Vegetables and shrimp were burnt. Everyone’s steak was overcooked. Burner was up way too high. The smell of burnt food was so strong. Everything was rushed. The hostess forgot to bring out our cupcakes and we felt rushed to leave. Finally after my brother complained things were somewhat handled. We got 15% off the meals and my daughter got a free dessert. No apology ever given. Very disappointed for the amount of money we spent.
