DQ Grill & Chill - Summerland

I appreciate the familiarity of Dairy Queen and what it has to offer. It is a popular choice among children who know what they like.

The poutine fries were cold, the cheese on the burger and poutine was not melted, the rolls were dry and stale and fell apart when touched, the burger patties were dry and cold, and the onion rings were naturally cold. The Pepsi tasted almost like cola syrup. At $32, it was absolute trash. When I complained to the manager, they insisted that everything was fresh and made to order, but it was clearly rushed and terrible. I waited 15 minutes in line for cold, stale food. Do not waste your money here - the customer service is awful. This is not almost food, it's barely edible.

In anbetracht der dq took over a mcd that failed (poor management,) they have done exceptionally well. there is always a good value and a very efficient service.

Terrible journey through the service. Teeny-Bup staff let one of their friends enforce a huge order through the ride, the line up was around the block. Then, when the order was done, they spent another minute giggling and chatting before they wait the rest of the line. I confronted the personal and the annoying teenagers had the grace to be verbally worried that he is not right to be rude. I wasn't rude, I just took exception-snotty-tens that let me wait while they didn't do their job. I am unhappy with terrible service, is not restless. the person who is not facing the customer at the point of insulting and excessive defense against mild criticism will be the end of their business. I go every week to the milk queen of summerland. no longer. and I post this on any website that allows reviews and will check back in six months to make sure it is still there.

We had the best service in a long time at this restaurant. We absolutely loved the ice cream (who doesn't?!) and the friendly service. We would definitely go back again.
