Bidra med feedbackMy husband and I moved to the area (Dora) 3 weeks ago. We have been to this Taco Bell twice and both times we were not served. The first time we were told that something was down but we could order online. Tonight we wanted to give this location (Sumiton) another try but same as before we left hungry. This time we were told that the sizzler was down. Also the car ahead of us drove away without any food as well as the car that was behind us. This location looks fairly new, I don 't know how they are keeping the doors open when the business is being run so poorly. Do people not want to work or is the equipment really in such disrepair?
People were ok on pleasantness and the food we actually received was hot and well-prepared. It was a large order but 1/3 of our order wasn't given to us initially after pulling around to wait. This is the third visit since the new building opened and all three times (regardless of order size), multiple items were missing. They apologized and corrected the mistake but it seemed that the missing items weren't just left out but not even prepared initially. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this is a repeat opportunity. Food has been good on each visit but you have to check everything before leaving.
I don't usually ever give a bad review, but when you go to your local taco bell no matter what time of day and you have several items missing every single time it's frustrating. If it's $10 every time that adds up quickly. So I'd like to be compensated some how. And there should really be something done because it's quite often. Thank you, Gordy
I should NOT have to ask for napkins! I am not an animal nor do I want to wipe my mouth on my sleeve. I quit going to your store down the road and I will quit going to this one. My children have already stopped. I expect to be treated with respect.
Very nasty. Not one clean table, floor was filthy, 2:30 pm so it was very slow.
