Bidra med feedbackThe staff who attended to us were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. However, the food could have been warmer since it was served towards the end of lunch service and wasn’t replenished. Additionally, there was some construction happening nearby, which made our dining experience a bit unpleasant. Given the price, I'm uncertain if we will return; we’ll need to think about it.
Order online, ordering was ready when I arrived, but she put the teller in the pocket and turned it on his side to handle me and close the door. I tried to fix the food in the bag so that it didn't slip out everything and I had forgotten to order drinks, so I ask her if I could order her now she sighed and rolled her eyes and said yes. She told me two drinks and gave me three drinks. I let them know that I only ordered two, but I would take them and they shrug their shoulders and said oh. They switched the window and went away. Never a thank you, otherwise need something or an apology for rudeness, bag away from means of life sideways or wrong soaking order. eating was ok, but not good as it is normally
Girl on the hardboard was a hard time taken order! but eating was really good.
The drive-thru staff is quite rude. They often don't have enough items available for sale, or they seem unwilling to put in the effort to prepare them. Regardless, they could certainly improve their politeness.
I've visited multiple times in the evening, and each time they've been out of the items I wanted to order, including basic things like noodles and rice. They're losing both money and customers. We won't be returning.
