Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sully Station

The girl in the last photo was not trying to provide me her name and was saying how she had put in her two weeks I had went to this chipotle at 10:20pm they were not trying to give me chicken or steak or rice. She had said they had been so busy and that they were not able to give me white rice, steak or chicken because they were so busy. She continued to go back-and-forth with me and was telling me that I could go to another location to get my needs. The guy in the second to last photo all the way to the left was just staring me down and not saying nothing and I left the restaurant unsatisfied It just seemed to me like they were trying to get out of the restaurant very early and wanted to use the food that they had, and didn’t want to prepare more food…

Great food great service! In and out and back to class.

This is what all of my tacos look like. I am kind of flabbergasted that I paid over $40 for four tacos, and a large queso and chips. The chips are also either stale or undercooked. I feel bamboozled.

The chips have been entirely unsalted and flavorless for the last couple months. Whoever is making the chips is doing an awful job.

Wish there was a zero star review option. This chipotle is THE WORST I’ve ever been to in my entire life! Seriously do yourself a favor and drive to a different location.The staff is beyond lazy and rude. The meat is always fatty. I got a steak salad and the steak was just fat. I couldn’t even eat my salad. Apparently you can’t call and speak to a manager anymore? They also always forget something when you do a pickup order. I’ve even seen one of the cooks in the back eating the meat while cutting it….very disturbing.
