Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sully Station

They were busy at 8 pm. The food is always delicious.

Came here Feb 29, 2024 at 11:15 pm. to order a burrito before I did the order I asked them would they cut it in four pieces, she said she'll ask the person after I start placing the order. At the end of The order they said they could not do it because of policy.I said how can you not cut my burrito when you're cutting stuff in the back.They said that's policy. I asked for the manager Khalid. He stood by their policy, would not offer a discount for the confusion. So that's why you're getting this one star review. Chipotle is like a beautiful wedding cake but employees like Khalid and you not understanding are like flies on that wedding cake.

Great food, service and experience. (Great couple experience). So fresh and taste.

The girl in the last photo was not trying to provide me her name and was saying how she had put in her two weeks I had went to this chipotle at 10:20pm they were not trying to give me chicken or steak or rice. She had said they had been so busy and that they were not able to give me white rice, steak or chicken because they were so busy. She continued to go back-and-forth with me and was telling me that I could go to another location to get my needs. The guy in the second to last photo all the way to the left was just staring me down and not saying nothing and I left the restaurant unsatisfied It just seemed to me like they were trying to get out of the restaurant very early and wanted to use the food that they had, and didn’t want to prepare more food…

Great food great service! In and out and back to class.
